\nDes de hui i fins al pr\u00f2xim 14 de mar\u00e7 les comissions falleres de Val\u00e8ncia podran inscriure’s en la X edici\u00f3 \u201cPremis Xufa de Val\u00e8ncia\u201d que es concedeixen a les millors escenes falleres a la xufa de Val\u00e8ncia i l’orxata de xufa de Val\u00e8ncia.
\nEstos premis, impulsats pel Consell Regulador de la Denominaci\u00f3 d’Origen Xufa de Val\u00e8ncia, estan orientats a recon\u00e8ixer el treball dels artistes fallers i la voluntat de les comissions falleres per a recolzar un producte tan genu\u00efnament valenci\u00e0 com \u00e9s l’Orxata de Xufa de Val\u00e8ncia.
\nEl premi consistir\u00e0 en el repartiment de 350 litres d’aut\u00e8ntica Orxata de Xufa de Val\u00e8ncia entre les tres comissions falleres guanyadores.
\nLa comissi\u00f3 premiada en primer lloc obtindr\u00e0 200 litres d’Orxata de Xufa de Val\u00e8ncia (unes 1.200 degustacions) i un estendard. Les guardones en segon i el tercer lloc obtindran 100 litres (600 degustacions) i 50 litres (300 degustacions) d’Orxata de Xufa de Val\u00e8ncia, respectivament, i estendards.
\nL’objectiu d’estos \u201cPremis Xufa de Val\u00e8ncia\u201d \u00e9s promocionar i donar a con\u00e8ixer una beguda aut\u00e8nticament valenciana com \u00e9s l’Orxata de Xufa de Val\u00e8ncia, molt lligada a les festes de les Falles.
